About Us

Honer Home Health's mission is to provide compassionate Private Duty non-skilled home care to assist clients in remaining safely in the comfort of their own home. We service Lake, Sumter, and Marion counties.

Dr. Franchetta Honer, Owner and CEO, and Jade Greene, COO, have 50 years of combined compassionate leadership in the home health field with the same dedicated and experienced group of caregivers.

Honer Home Health opened in January 2025, and in our first year of business, we were blessed to provide 29,136 hours of compassionate services to the community, more than doubling our expectations in which we hoped to do around 14,400 hours. These hours allowed many members of the community to remain in the comfort of their own homes. We are so thankful to the community for continuing to embrace us and our mission.
